Services · Ponchatoula & the Northshore

Five services. One goal.Get you found when someone in your market searches for what you do, without buying the click. Three plans: two get you online, one gets you ranked.

01Custom web design

Every site starts on a blank canvas — your brand, your services, your competitors mapped out before a single element is placed. No stock theme, no template, no layout thousands of other businesses are already running.

That matters beyond looks. A custom-built site loads faster, passes Core Web Vitals, and gives the SEO work an actual structure to attach to. Template sites fight you on all three.

The words come before the layout. Each page is written first, so the design is built to carry an argument rather than the argument being poured into whatever the template left room for. Titles, headings, image names and the links between pages are all set during the build, and that is the part which decides whether the SEO work has anything to hold onto six months later.

  • Core Web Vitals performance
  • Accessibility built into the code

02Local SEO

City and service pages, keyword strategy built around what your buyers actually type, schema markup, listing protection, and the technical work that lets Google understand what you do and where you do it.

Fixes get deployed to your site, not written up as recommendations for you to implement later. The report tells you what changed after it already changed.

A ranking is not one number. What somebody sees depends on where they are standing when they search, so positions get tracked across a grid of points covering your trade area instead of from a single spot. That is how you find out you sit at the top at your own address and vanish four miles down the road, which is a completely different problem to fix than simply not ranking at all.

Ranking is only half of it. Turning that visit into a tracked phone call is the other half, and it is where most local sites quietly lose the job — see how we handle local lead generation.

The area itself gets mapped by drive time rather than by a circle drawn around your pin. Twenty minutes covers far more ground down a highway than it does through town, and a river or an interstate can put somebody four miles away well out of reach. Once it is mapped it splits into bands: the primary one that sends most of your work, a secondary one worth competing for, and a fringe where the business down the road will always beat you. The effort goes into the bands worth winning instead of being spread evenly across a shape that was never real.

03Google Business Profile management

When someone searches your service plus your city, the first thing they see is the Map Pack: a small map with three businesses sitting above every ordinary blue link. On a phone the same box is called the Snack Pack. Most people call one of those three and never scroll past them, and your Google Business Profile is what decides whether you are one of the three.

Categories, services, photos, and posts, maintained monthly rather than set up once and abandoned. This is the part most agencies skip, and it's the part that moves you into the pack.

Maintained means posts going out on a schedule, categories and services kept current as the business actually changes, photos added rather than left at whatever got uploaded the year the profile was claimed, and questions answered before somebody else answers them for you. A profile that has not been touched in a year competes against ones that are worked every week, and it loses to them quietly.

What's included

  • Full profile optimization
  • Category and service setup
  • Google Business posts — Mon, Wed, Fri
  • Photo and video updates
  • Q&A seeding and monitoring
  • Service area configuration
  • Monthly profile insights
  • Drive-time ranking maps
  • Map Pack position tracking

04Reviews & reputation

Most people decide before they call. A steady flow of recent reviews does more for a local business than any headline on your home page, and it feeds your Map Pack ranking at the same time.

We make asking easy with a review request flow that runs automatically, and every review that comes in gets a response.

Requests go out automatically once the work is finished, while the job is still fresh and the customer still remembers your name. Every review that arrives gets a written response, including the ones you would rather not have received. How a business answers a bad review is read more carefully than the review itself, and a defensive reply does more damage than the complaint did.

What's included

  • Reputation audit and baseline
  • Automated review requests
  • Response management
  • Negative review strategy
  • Platform monitoring
  • Monthly review reporting

05Reporting

One page, plain English, once a month: what moved, what didn't, and what's next. No forty-page PDF of graphs nobody reads.

When you have a question about it, you text the same number you always text and I answer it.

It says what moved, what did not, and what happens next, in that order. If a month was flat you will read that it was flat and why, rather than a chart chosen because it happened to point upward. The point of a report you can read in two minutes is that you actually read it, and then you know as much about your own marketing as we do.

What's included

  • Monthly plain-English report
  • Market visibility score — trade area coverage, not one rank
  • Snack Pack and Google Maps tracked separately
  • Traffic and lead source breakdown
  • Keyword ranking changes
  • Google Business Profile metrics
  • Client portal — media, reviews, tasks, keywords, competitors, reports
  • Next month's action items
  • Monthly & weekly reporting
  • Priority email, CRM & phone support
  • Direct access — text or call

Not sure which one fits? Get the audit and we'll tell you, including if the answer is a cheaper plan.

What we don't do.

Worth saying up front, so nobody wastes a call.

Google Ads

The whole point is ranking without buying clicks. If ads are what you want, you want a different shop, and that's fine.

Ranking guarantees

Nobody can promise a specific position, and anyone who does is selling you something. No long-term contract instead: if we're not producing, you leave.

Templates

No stock themes, no reskinned demo site. If that's the budget, we'll say so rather than fake it.

Rebuilds you don't need

Sometimes the fix is your Google profile and three new pages. We'd rather tell you that than sell a full site.

Common questions.

Can I buy one service on its own?

The plans bundle them because they work together — a site with no profile work stalls, and a profile with a slow site stalls too. If you already have a site you like, tell us and we'll price the SEO and profile work on its own.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month to month, cancel anytime. Annual billing saves 10% if you want it.

Do I own my website?

Yes. On Essentials and Growth you own it outright after 6 months, and on Basics after 12. Code and domain, either way.

How long until I see rankings move?

Profile and citation work often shows in weeks. Competitive organic keywords take months. Anyone quoting you a date is guessing.

What's the difference between the plans?

Basics and Essentials are the same site; Essentials adds managed privacy and cookie consent tools plus yearly accessibility care; Basics leaves the privacy tools for you to buy direct. Both are five pages, hosting, security, a lead form, and an hour of edits a month. Growth is the site plus everything that gets you ranked — Google Business Profile management, weekly posts, keyword and competitor tracking, and reviews.

Will my website be ADA compliant?

We build every site with accessibility in mind and check it against WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard courts and regulators most often point to, before it launches. On Essentials and Growth we also add an accessibility statement page, check the site once a year, and fix anything we find in the code we wrote. What nobody can honestly do is guarantee compliance: the law sets no fixed technical standard for business websites, and content added later (photos, PDFs, videos) and outside tools like booking or chat widgets can change the picture. Keeping your site compliant stays your responsibility, and for anything legal an attorney is the right call. We don’t sell accessibility overlay widgets, because they don’t make a site compliant.

Who actually does the work?

Aj. Same person who answers the text, designs the site, and works the Google profile. That caps how many clients we take at once, on purpose.

Free site audit. No pitch attached.

Send us your address and we'll go through your site, your Google Business Profile, and your top three competitors, then send you what we find. Keep the list either way.
