Cre8 My Site

Start a project.

Everything we need to open Figma and start building, in one pass. Seven short steps, about eight minutes. It saves as you go, so you can close the tab and come back to it.

Step 1 of 7Draft saved
You and your agency

So we know who we are building for, and whose name goes on it.

Only used if something blocks the build and email is too slow.
How should we appear to your client? *

Pick one so we know how to handle contact.

The project

What we are actually building, and what it has to do.

What kind of build is this? *

Pick one so we know where this starts.

Put "confidential" if you would rather not say yet.
What they actually do, in their words.
We will crawl it ourselves for structure, content and anything worth keeping.
What does this site need to do? Tick everything that applies. If one matters more than the rest, say so in the last step.
Leave blank if there genuinely is not one.
A trade show and "the client keeps asking" need different handling.

Tick this so we know the rush terms have been seen.

Platform and access

Where it gets built, and what has to be connected before launch.

Your call. If you have no preference we will recommend one for this build.
Whose account it gets built on Ours, then transferred to you at the end. Nothing touches your billing until the build is finished and you have signed it off.
What needs to be connected? Tick anything the finished site must talk to. We will ask for keys when we get there.
Named tools beat categories. "Calendly", "Jobber", "GoHighLevel" tells us more than "booking".
Structure and blog

How many pages, what they are called, and whether anything has to be carried across.

Drives location pages and schema.
Exactly as they should read in the menu. Indent a child page with two spaces if it sits under another.
Anything that lives only in the footer.
Leave blank for English only.
Blog
An XML export, a CSV, or just the blog URL.
What has to be preserved?
Branding

The parts that decide what it looks like before a single section gets designed.

Logo *

Tell us where the logo is coming from.

Upload SVG, AI or EPS is ideal - a vector scales to a billboard. PNG at the largest size you have is fine. Up to four files, 3 MB each.

Choose files or drag them here

Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer - anything we can open without an account.
A link to a PDF or style guide, if one exists.
Hex codes if you have them. "Their truck is orange" also works.
Leave blank and we will pair something that fits.
    Photography
And one line on what they like about each. "Clean" tells us nothing; "the way the header stays out of the way" tells us everything.
Colors, competitors, a previous designer's habit they hated.
    Content and SEO

Who writes it, where it is, and what it needs to rank for.

    Who is writing the copy?
Google Doc, Drive folder, Dropbox. If it is not written yet, say when it lands - copy is the single most common reason a build stalls.
AI-assisted copy * We ask outright rather than assume. Some agencies have a hard no in their client contracts, and we would rather know now than after a draft.

We need an answer on this one before we write anything.

What they want to be found for. Three is plenty to start.
Drives location pages, schema and internal linking.
    Legal pages
    Commercials and anything else

Last one. Then we come back with a scope and a number.

Not a quote request - it tells us whether to scope four pages properly or twenty thinly.
    Before we start
The awkward constraint, the difficult stakeholder, the thing that is currently on fire.

We reply within one business day from aj@cre8mysite.com — add it to your contacts, or check your spam folder if you do not see it.

    Got it.

That is everything we need to start scoping. You will get a reply from aj@cre8mysite.com within one business day — a scope, a number, and anything we still need from you.
